The Opportunity 

 
We are a fast-growing commercial HVAC equipment rental company, including a service and warranty guarantee. We are seeking an Warehouse Coordinator. Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others. This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active part of our warehouse team. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

  • Supports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory 
  • Warehouse and facilities maintenance and housekeeping 
  • Supporting existing warehouse staff in a team-based environment while ensuring customer satisfaction 
  • Loading/Unloading parts, supplies, and equipment 
  • Forklift operations (up to 12' on racking) 
  • Cleaning, testing, and preparing equipment 
  • Ordering parts/equipment 
  • Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are always taken 
  • Performs other duties as assigned 
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Vocational School or prior experience in HVAC or similar industry a plus 
  • Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office 2007 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information to customers and other employees of the organization. 

Mathematical Skills 

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. 

Reasoning Ability 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks. 

Environmental Requirements 

Will be required to work in an office, warehouse, or field environment. 

Physical Demands 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
